Resource for volunteers running an official Alumni Club of Chicago event.

Our Online Tool Kit is a resource for Chapter leaders and volunteers that contain everything you need to know about running an official Alumni program.

PLANNING
An Alumni event is a joint effort of Regional Volunteers and the Alumni Association. Start your event organization with these resources:

They can answer any additional questions that you have also at the time. They will review your event and let you know when you can post the event on UCCO.

POST YOUR EVENT

To do this please contact Amy Weber, Associate Director Global Engagement, amyweber@uchicago.edu to set up an appointment to get trained. At the end of your training, you'll be asked to sign a Data Confidentiality Agreement
